Job Description
We are in search of a dedicated AV Technician who can join our team and drive our projects to new heights.

In this full-time position, you will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities:

• Participate in high-quality AV installations
• Interpret CAD and schematic drawings, elevations, and rack layouts
• Program AV equipment like DSP and integrate new technology
• Communicate and coordinate with project teams, other trades, and clients
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of comprehensive project documentation
• Conduct or organise service calls and maintenance on installed equipment
• Travel to regional areas occasionally for on-site duties
• Mentor junior technicians and promote a culture of learning and safety
• Uphold our company’s ethos and code of conduct

Qualifications
The ideal candidate is someone who is not just well-versed in various facets of the AV industry, but also exhibits a strong customer focus, and eagerness to learn and implement new technology.

Additional requirements include:

• Proven experience as an AV Technician
• Knowledge and understanding of CAD and schematic drawings
• Experience in working with electrical and electronic components, including soldering
• Proficiency in programming AV equipment
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to create and maintain project documentation
• Willingness to travel to regional areas as required
• Commitment to uphold and promote safe work practices
• Holding a C-class or higher driver’s license, a construction white card, and EWP ticket
