We are adding a Senior Acoustic Consultant to our Singapore team as part of a deliberate move to strengthen capability and leadership within the office.
This is a senior, client-facing role with full ownership of acoustic work in the region. It combines technical delivery, client engagement, and commercial awareness, alongside a broader contribution to how the business develops. Experience or working knowledge within the theatre and performing arts sector will be highly regarded.
At the outset, this is a standalone role in Singapore, although we have acousticians in other offices. You will lead projects end to end, covering both strategic and detailed aspects of delivery. Our sweet spot is the corporate sector where we have some of the biggest names as clients. However, when combined with our AV and Theatre teams, we see strong collaborative growth across multiple disciplines on most projects. Our work which, in larger teams may sit across multiple levels, across the lifecycle of any project, means operating beyond a narrow scope with full clarity and accountability.
This is a critical point. If your preference is to work within a defined structure or a larger established team, this will not be the right fit. That progression is not assumed but is earned through delivery, judgement, and the ability to establish strong client relationships and a consistent standard of work.
You will be expected to operate within our global framework, but rewarded with a high degree of independence, engaging directly with clients, managing quality, and contributing to business development through proposals, relationships, and identifying opportunities to extend ourselves.
We are looking for someone who already operates at a senior level and is comfortable stepping into a role with higher expectations, greater visibility, and direct accountability for outcomes.
