Role Description
This is a full-time position, with work taking place all over SA.
The Senior Audio-Visual Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting AV systems. The role requires working collaboratively with teams, ensuring seamless operation of AV infrastructure to meet client requirements, and providing technical expertise to achieve the highest-level performance.
This is a hybrid role with hands-on install and service, as well as office based to manage projects and liaise with other trades to insure timely completion.
Qualifications
- Expertise in AV systems install, setup and operation
- Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues with AV systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication abilities and capacity to work collaboratively in a team
- Manufacturer specific training (Crestron, RTI, Bose, Biamp…)
- A commitment to maintaining a high standard of customer service
