Site Supervisor

Position Summary:

The Site Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of audio-visual projects. This role is responsible for overseeing and managing AV installations and projects at various sites across our Queensland Operations. They will ensure that all installations are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AV technology and experience in supervising teams. They must possess strong technical skills and leadership qualities to effectively supervise and manage installations at various sites.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Supervise and coordinate daily implementation activities
• Supervise on-site personnel, including subcontractors
• Enforce safety protocols and quality control measures
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and other stakeholders to address any issues or challenges that may arise during implementation.
• Conduct site inspections and walkthroughs to identify and resolve potential issues promptly.
• Prepare and submit reports, documenting project activities, progress, and any incidents.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the audio-visual integration industry (minimum 4-years).
• Trade qualification in electronics, communications or audio visual or demonstrated industry equivalent.
• Current valid Driver’s License and Personal Vehicle
• Australian Citizenship to be able to access Secure Agency material or have an AGSVA Clearance
• Holds a current EWP – SL
• Holds a current Test and Tag
• Holds a Construction Induction
• Holds a current Cabler Registration – Open and Endorsement – S, OF, C,T
