BenQ’s new RP02 Series Interactive Flat Panels come with what it’s calling Advanced ClassroomCare Technology, which includes the third generation of germ-resistant screens for Learning Post Covid-19.

“For 10 years we have been committed to the development of learning technologies and our latest solution continues this approach having been designed with the needs and health concerns of school students (and their parents) in mind. Solutions like the IFPs in the RP02 Series act as a safeguard for classrooms in these trying times with the third generation of germ-resistant screen. In addition, we are the first and the only brand that has acquired TÜV and SIAA certification. These prove our germ-resistant screen with nano-ionic silver coating is enduring, non-toxic and exponentially reducing the possibility of bacteria multiplying on screens used in smart classrooms, helping to lower the transmission of infection,” said Martin Moelle, Managing Director of BenQ Australia.

Apart from the germ-o-phobic screens, the new RP02 series packs a sensors to detect air quality, including temperature, humidity, PM 2.5, P10, CO2 and Volatile Organic Compound (VOC). Adding to the complement of ClassroomCare are Smart Eye-Care Solutions with TÜV-certified Low Blue Light filters, flicker-free technology and anti-glare coating that bring more comfort to the classrooms, ensuring classes don’t take a toll on children’s eyesight.

The RP02 Series is a more than competent IFP as well, with a mature whiteboard app and companion cloud solution. BenQ’s ‘Real Pen’ writing experience is very well regarded among educators, with the Dual Pen feature well suited to group discussions or two-person Q&A. The EZWrite Live feature is a free web-based whiteboarding and video conferencing platform, especially well suited to distance learning students.

There are three sizes to choose from (65-, 75- and 86-inch).
