Live Core Series Expanded

Analog Way has completed its LiveCore series with the addition of the Ascender 16 multi-screen seamless switcher.

visuel1-11919

The unit will be unveiled at ISE 2015 and features 12 inputs with 42 source plugs: 6 x HDMI, 9 x DVI-I, 3 x DisplayPort, 12 x 3G/HD/SD-SDI and 12 x universal analogue. It can handle any source from composite video up to 2560 x 1600, and outputs formats including HD-TV and computer formats up to 2560 x 1600 and 4K. The model is available with full 4K resolution I/O as an optional feature, supporting 3840 x 2160 (UHD) and 4096 x 2160 resolutions (native resolution for DCI-compliant 4K).

It includes an independent dual-link output for monitoring purposes, with a Live Source Mosaic layout. It delivers Mixer, Hybrid, Hard Edge and Soft Edge display configurations, and in addition to a native background layer, can display up to two true seamless scaled layers per output.

One hundred slots are available to store frames or logos in the device’s non-volatile memory. Layers, including frames and logos, can be controlled individually in time and transition, and can be fully resized. Advanced layer management ensures higher flexibility and safety: when one output is disabled, its layers can be added to another output, resulting in a setup with eight layers on a single output possible.

Using the Additive Modularity mode, users can link two units, with inputs and outputs shared and added. The units will then function as a single 24 x 8 + 2 scaled seamless matrix system with two live Mosaic Previews, 84 input plugs, 100 frames and logos, and 32 scalers available. To double just the output capabilities, the LiveCore Output Expander (LOE016) can be linked to make a 12 x 8 + 2 system.

Ascender 16 can be controlled via Web RCS, the web-based remote control software designed for LiveCore, through Crestron 2- or 3-Series systems using drivers available on the Analog Way website, or via tablet and iOS apps available through app stores. For more demanding applications, Ascender 16 can be controlled using the Vertige remote console designed for the LiveCore and Midra ranges.

EYEVIS
Booth 2C66

Germany’s eyevis will present professional displays and solutions for signal transmission for control and conference rooms, digital signage applications and creative video walls.

Slim-Cubes

eyevis-slim-cube-neues_design-1

Wallmountable, slim, quick to install and easy to service are the key features of the new slim-rear projection-cubes for control rooms and TV studios. eyevis says the Slim-Cubes offer the lowest depth available at 422mm, and are the only rear-projection systems that can be placed in front of a wall or mounted directly onto a wall without a substructure. With complete front support and an innovative case design there is no need for space behind the Cubes for service-access or a support structure, saving space and allowing the units to be employed in smaller control rooms and TV studios. An integrated exhaust unit makes connection of the Cubes to the air-conditioning systems easier, so video walls made up of the Cubes can be integrated directly into building infrastructures without additional cooling circuits.

The new model is equipped with a self-supporting casing and “seamless” screen bracket with discrete screen clamp technology, allowing installation of big video walls with the smallest bezels between adjacent displays. Front and rear access enables an easy installation and start-up as well as a quick exchange.

4K Displays

The company has added 58, 85 and 98-inch models to its UHD display range for use in conference, control and training rooms, TV studios, digital signage applications, PoS/PoI and trade fairs and events. Key features include robust casing, high screen brightness, refresh rates up to 60Hz, 3840×2160 pixel resolutions, and vertical or horizontal installation formats. All displays can be optionally equipped with multi-touch systems based on infrared for collaboration applications in control, conference and training rooms.

High-resolution eyeLED Modules

eyevis-eyeled-2.0mm

High resolution eyeLED modules offer pixel pitches of 1.5mm, 2mm and 2.5mm. High quality image processing and a precise mechanical concept allows for smooth setup and accurate, gapless adjustment, suiting permanent installation as commercial displays or large scale information walls in TV studios, show rooms, train stations, airports or sports arenas. The service-friendly modules can also be arranged in mobile video walls in the event and presentation sector. Front and rear access means all electronic components can be changed and maintained without disassembly. The modules are also equipped with the same image processing system installed in the omniSHAPES so drafting, planning, assembly and content transmission can be easily achieved through eyeDesign software. every module possible.

EPU-Wall

EPU-Wall offers control rooms a cost-efficient solution for the assembly and flexible operation of IP-based video wall-installations and display-networks. Comprising eyeCON wall-management-software, the ECS 510 database server developed specifically for EPU-Wall and an optional number of eyevis OPS-LCDs with integrated eyevis processing units, EPU-Wall suits any situation requiring the transmission of streams over IP-networks, easily distributing them to single displays or unlimited video walls. It enables the assembly of flexible video wall arrangements without needing a graphic controller. The integrated processing units mean OPS-LCDs can connect directly to a standard-IP-network and with a few clicks the displays can be integrated fed with all sources available in the network through the wall-management-software.

omniSHAPES Video Walls

omnishapes-babolat-1

Whether combined to an interactive video wall in a news studio, the shape of a tennis racket for the French Open, as a catwalk display-floor for a fashion show or in concave or convex curved video wall arrangements, the modular omniSHAPES provide versatile possibilities for creative installations. Eyevis says they can be used for any format, size and shape of video wall, and with Ventuz Technology 3D graphic software offer real-time 3D content creation at any resolution or format.

eyeDesign Software

eyeDesign is an all-rounder in design, planning, installation and maintenance of creative video wall installations. Currently in the design phase, the software serves as a planning tool: LED modules, omniSHAPES and squareTILES can simply be placed freely within a possible layout with dimensions and sizes instantly visible. Single modules do not even have to be directly adjacent but can be placed freely, and content can be tested for special video wall shapes and dimensions. The software presents all necessary components in a list, all dimensions and a preview of the sources to be placed, and offers an integrated measuring tool and an option to display colours from the software directly on the devices without monochrome image data from a special source. It can also receive incoming signals of motion sensors, and correct the video wall layout including mapping accordingly.
