VISION LAUNCHES LIFETIME WARRANTY

AV manufacturer Vision will now apply a Lifetime Warranty to its entire product range — the first business to make the bold move to support its reseller channel.

Designed by engineers, Vision’s technical product range includes mounts, brackets, cables and floor stands, as well as more complex products such as its Freespace room booking system and the hugely popular modular Techconnect faceplate range which is installed in over 300,000 meeting and education spaces to date.

Stuart Lockhart, Director of Vision explains: “We are a technically focussed manufacturer and the reliability of our products has become evident. Over the last four years our average failure rate across all products has been less than 0.3%. In that period we sold over a million products to resellers all over the world so this impressive statistic prompted us to make the radical move of providing a Lifetime Warranty for our whole range.”

The Lifetime Warranty means that if the product is still current you can choose a credit or replacement and if it is end of line Vision will issue a credit against the original invoice.

To coincide with the introduction of this service, Vision is also introducing a Lifetime Returns service to help resellers manage stock and ensure they are equipped for installations. The team will take back any unopened, pristine stock and issue a credit against the original invoice, meaning that installers can safely order Vision accessories and return anything that is surplus for the project.
