The Position On Offer

Pro AV Solutions has a position available in their VIC branch to join their Client Services Team in a Service Technician role. The successful candidate will require drive and determination, take pride in their work, have strong communication skills and enjoy working both autonomously as well as part of a team.

Who We Are Looking For

The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate:

  • Previous experience within the technology Industry, working with Audio Visual and Videoconferencing/UC equipment is a must
  • Experience in understanding of networks is beneficial
  • A methodical approach to fault finding, diagnosis and resolution of technical issues
  • Programming skills are required
  • Ability to work autonomously and make technical decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • A sound technical aptitude
  • A demonstrated history of reliability, dependability, and trustworthiness
  • Ability to forge relationships with clients and become the trusted advisor
  • A can-do and flexible attitude towards work
  • Willingness to learn and hone skills by attending various training sessions
  • Be comfortable in working with hand and power tools if required

The successful candidate will form part of our skilled in-house Service Team. You will provide on-site technical support for our customers and work alongside the wider Service Team to deliver quality outcomes.
