Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of digital signage projects. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage digital signage projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and ensure project specifications are met.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including design, engineering, and installation, to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion.
• Conduct regular project meetings to update stakeholders on progress and address any issues.
• Ensure all projects comply with company standards and client expectations.
• Provide post-installation support and maintenance to clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a project manager, preferably in the digital signage or technology sector.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
