As a Senior Manager, Network Services you will:
- Team Leadership & Development – Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing team, fostering collaboration, continuous growth, and accountability in delivering strategic initiatives.
- Network Infrastructure Management – Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable, high-performing wired and wireless networks connecting across national and international campuses, ensuring reliability and future-readiness.
- Cybersecurity & Compliance – Drive the implementation of robust network security measures, ensure compliance with relevant laws and policies, and proactively manage threats through continuous monitoring and response.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Strategic Projects – Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver integrated, specialised network solutions, lead large-scale projects, and align efforts with university strategy.
- Performance Monitoring & Vendor Management – Utilise analytics and monitoring tools to optimise network performance and manage vendor relationships to uphold service quality and contractual obligations.
To be successful, you’ll have the ability to:

- Promote creativity and challenge the status quo by identifying and implementing improved policies, systems, and processes in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Bring extensive leadership experience in managing secure, high-performing network infrastructure, with strong technical, regulatory, and project management expertise in a complex organisation.
