ARE YOU THE ONE?
We are looking for someone who can:
- Lead and develop high-performing Sound/AV teams across a fast-paced, multi-venue live performance environment.
- Design and deliver practical, virtual, and classroom-based training for professionals and students.
- Collaborate on training plans that align with business needs, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Oversee training schedules, support live productions, and contribute to strategic planning and resource development
- Essential: 5+ years in a senior Sound/AV role with hand on expertise in the operation and management of professional audio visual systems, and a current Working with Children Check.
- Relevant trade qualification (e.g. Cert IV in Live Production & Technical Services or higher) or equivalent senior-level industry experience.
- Desirable: Certificate IV in Training & Assessment and knowledge of SSL Live Series Consoles
