Event Rigger

Due to continued growth and with a health pipeline of upcoming event and installation work, we are currently looking for an Event Rigger to immediately join our team on a casual basis.

Our work is wide and varied spanning everything from sophisticated corporate events to festivals, event installations and activations, theatre and permanent installations.

Ideally the successful candidate will come from an event, exhibition or theatrical rigging background and hold a minimum of basic or as a preference an intermediate rigging license (HRW RB or RI), EWP (yellow card) or HRW boom license.

Willingness to work evenings and weekends is a must as is a willingness to travel!

Those holding additional work licenses such as forklift and white card (construction industry induction) in addition to current first aid and working at heights / height rescue certifications will be highly regarded as will those with LR or MR licenses or those with lighting / sound engineering experience.

You’ll also have attention to detail, an understanding of OH&S regulations and a safety first attitude.

You’ll be joining a diverse team with a wide array of skills and backgrounds.

The successful applicate can expect to enjoy a wide variety of event work, attractive hourly rates (commensurate with experience) and continued growth within our company with a potential pathway to full time permanent employment for the right candidate.
