Role Description
This is a part-time role for an Audio Visual Specialist with CTS certification or equivalent traing or experience. You will be responsible for the installation, integration and support for audio visual systems, including video conferencing, network managemt for AV systems. The role will involve troubleshooting, ensuring seamless performance, and delivering outstanding customer service.
Qualifications
- Audio Visual Support and Audio Visual (AV) Systems knowledge
- Experience with video conferencing systems
- Troubleshooting skills
- Strong customer service abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the technology integration industry
- Technical certification in audio visual systems or related field
