B2B Account Manager
We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced B2B Account Manager to join our team, working across our Professional Bravia category. Ideally the role will be Sydney based, however we are open to Brisbane and Melbourne based for the right candidate.
About the role:
Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining relationships with key customers, independents, and industry associations appropriate to the achievement of sales objectives
Analysing customer needs, identifying market segments and proposing promotional activities to improve sales and business opportunities
Development, preparation and implementation of account development plans for all key customers
Conducting business reviews and forward planning with customers
Sales Activities:
Development of new accounts and identification of new business opportunities
Create monthly, quarterly and annual strategic business plans to achieve sales and profit targets
Reviewing end of month sales vs. budget
Monitoring volumes and trends, product mix against targets
Set strategies to ensure the achievement of sales budgets
Preparing customer forecasts based on the latest sell-through and SOH data
Ensure implementation of marketing strategy throughout Sony Partners
Demand Forecasting & Reporting:
Establish, coordinate and monitor the account product forecasts on a monthly basis
Establish consensus with Account and Category team on monthly forecast
Monitor Accounts weekly stock on hand and sell-through data
Production of meaningful reports within deadlines, while identifying and resolving inaccuracies and potential issues
About you:
- Extensive demonstrated B2B sales experience, coupled with relevant CE industry experience & product knowledge
- Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, negotiation & communication skills
- Proficient in PSI / forecasting business modelling
- Advanced Excel skills, and proficiency in Microsoft office
- Ability travel interstate as needed
