We are seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth in the Education and Houses of Worship markets.
Position Overview
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth within the Education and Houses of Worship markets. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, developing strategic partnerships, and contributing to the overall success of JPRO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in the Education and Houses of Worship sectors
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and services
- Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide clients with innovative solutions
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favourable terms for both parties
The Ideal Person:
- Proven track record of success in business development, preferably having worked with the Ministry of Education and/or in the audio-visual or technology industry
- Strong understanding of the Education and Houses of Worship markets and their unique challenges and opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- Knowledge of audio-visual technology and solutions is a plus
- Willingness to travel as needed
