The company is representing global partners in the mid to high-end Audio-Visual market where pre-sale and post-sale services are required.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Desk/Support. The Sales Desk/Support will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with sales support including, responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, processing sales orders received from customers, managing the customer service process, training on company products, and collaborating with the business development sales team.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Sales experience and knowledge
- Ability to provide training on company products.
- Experience in sales / account management would be ideal.
Relevant skills and qualifications for this role would also include knowledge of Audio-Visual products, experience in the consumer-electronics industry, and the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
